The Investor’s Circle Mastermind, offered by Terrica Lynn Smith LLC (the “Company”), is a transformative six-month program focused on real estate investing, starting on June 26, 2024. The program includes a suite of benefits such as weekly virtual coaching calls, real estate analysis sessions, direct access to Terrica and her team, in-person meetups, an online resource portal, partnership opportunities, and more, aimed at providing knowledge necessary for real estate investment. However, the Client(s) acknowledges that Terrica Lynn Smith LLC, the Investor’s Circle Mastermind, and all associated personnel do not guarantee or promise specific results, successful outcomes, profit, or capital preservation in real estate investment. Investing in real estate involves significant risks, including market fluctuations, property devaluation, and other factors that may lead to loss of capital.
The cost of the program is $15,000. Payment plans or third-party funding are available (additional fees apply). For spouses and business partners, the cost of the program is $25,000. Proof of partnership and business ownership are required. Program costs for payment plans and third-party funding, inclusive of fees, are $17,500 and $27,500 for individuals and partners respectively. Fees cover program participation only and exclude expenses for travel, lodging, or food for in-person events. Entry into the program requires the execution of a formal agreement.
Clients have a 3-day right to cancel, provided that no program activities have been engaged in. This is known as the “Right-to-Cancel period.” Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@terricalynnsmith.com or by mail to Terrica Lynn Smith LLC, 4400 Ambassador Caffery Ste A, PMB #376, Lafayette, LA 70508. After the Right-to-Cancel period has ended, all payments become non-refundable. Deposits are applied towards the total fee. Finance surcharges apply to the full course fee, regardless of deposits paid or other pre-payments, for payment plans and third-party funding.

While the Company provides guidance, there is no guarantee of success, and the Company is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the Client(s)'s real estate investment activities.
